Shrimp Preamplifier
In 2002, we brought out our new entry-level tube
preamplifier, The Manley Shrimp. But it is so unfair to
label it as "entry-level". This preamp sounds sooooo much
better than that!

Steelhead
We debuted to the world a killer frikkin' cool
phono stage at CES 2001. It was called, aquatic naming
theme continuing, The Steelhead, as it is an "upstream"
device and has a very clever MC variable load auto tranny
that Mitch Margolis (on-staff Manley hifi designer)
designed and our very own Manley Magnetics department
executed (which makes the MC stage so very clever).

Neo Classic 300B Preamplifier
Our most esoteric product is THE 300B
PREAMPLlFIER. This is the first and only preamp to feature
these classic tubes. We had been designing the 300B into

The WAVE by Manley | 24/96 DAC & Tube
Preamplifier Combo
Whether you want to view it as a high-end
preamplifier with a built in magnificent DAC or a Converter
with 4 extra analog inputs is up to you. It starts
with 4 digital inputs spanning the AES/EBU, SPDIF, Toslink
and ST formats. February 2002 brought us a new 24 bit 96KHz
digital to analog converter board designed by Fred
Forssell. We merged this new DAC with an improved tube
stage and added two analog balanced AND two unbalanced
inputs. Outboard power supply too.

Skipjack Source Selector
Have you ever wanted to compare two (or more!) sets
of interconnects or listen to the difference between a
couple of preamps or a few CD players or be your own
armchair reviewer? How about you guys with the Manley
Steelhead? You have one line input available and have to
keep swapping cables when you want to listen to your CD or
tuner? Hey, or would you like to go backwards and have one
source drive either this or that? And why has no one ever
commercially offered a real high-end audiophile thing to do
this job?
